Cooking with Olive Oil: Pork with Spinach


For the recipe of pork with spinach you will need:

  • 4 pieces of pork,
  • tomato puree,
  • a section of orange peel,
  • 1 kg spinach,
  • 1 small bunch of celery,
  • olive oil,
  • pepper and salt.

Sauté the pork in the olive oil.

Pour 2 glasses of water in a bowl and dilute the tomato paste.

Add the finely sliced orange peel and pepper and salt.

Pour the mixture over the sautéed meat and leave to cook.

Wash the celery and spinach well.

Once the pork has been nearly cooked, add them to the pot.

Leave to boil - the meal will be ready to serve once it has absorbed most of the oil.
