Greek extra virgin olive oil 500ml, from the eastern regions of Lesvos, specifically from the olive groves of Pigi and Komi.
Golden yellow olive oil has very low acidity, an intense aroma, and a spicy aftertaste. Its incredible fruitiness can elevate any vegetable salad and enhance oven-roasted dishes with just a tiny amount at the end of cooking.
Varietal composition: 30% Kolovi, 60% Adramytini, and 10% Agriela.
The net is hand-woven and unique to each bottle. Symbolically, it refers to the adornment and care of women’s hair in antiquity, demonstrating our obsession with detail and quality, just as we operate during the collection of our olive oil.
